TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents will provide all relevant information in detail, requirements, quantities, delivery location, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender,

The RFQ Pack can be requested by sending a letter of interest mentioning the company name/details and contact person to the e-mail address: sd.procurement@nrc.no

Alternatively, bidders can pick-up in person the RFQ documents from Logistics Department from Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 15:00 at our office located in The Nile Tower, Fourth Floor Block 10, Building #20, Street 63, Khartoum .

 Manner of Submission:

Followings must be considered by all interested bidders:

1. Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to sd.procurement@nrc.no before the deadline for submission of dossier.
2. Quotation must be submitted in sealed envelopes and indicate the reference number and location in the envelop cover. We look forward to receiving your tender sealed envelopes as follows (Financial offer – Technical offer).

Bids should be submitted in a physical sealed envelope and not by email as stated above to the Norwegian Refugee Council Offices in Sudan by Date 21^st Nov 2022 @ 12h00 (Late bids will not be considered)

All times are local Khartoum time.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Note that all bidders are required to sign a bid submission register upon submission. The register can be signed by a company representative or courier.
