Invitation To Tender (ITT)

For Construction of Water Yard in Daim Mansour in Kurmuk locality

Date: 25^th September 2022

ADRA Sudan, on behalf of partners, is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for construction water yard, as per the specifications and details set in Tender booklet (BOQs).

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interesting to carry out the rehabilitation works and/or upgrading works can collect tender booklet (BOQs) from ADRA-Sudan Damazine office, AL Riyadh, near Al-Siddig Hotel, Bidders must submit the following document along with the offer:

• Certificate of Registration
• The firm or the company CV and Company profile, technical and financial abilities and experience of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company.
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Recommendation letter form contractors’ union at state level
• Guarantee check equivalent to 20% of the total value of the bid or Guarantee letter from bank or insurance company
• Implementation plan /schedule 

N.B. All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non- returnable)

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in Organization office in Damazine, Al-Riyadh, near Al-Siddig Hotel
• Closing deadline: time 12:00 pm   date: 24th October 2022
• Late tenders and /or tenders submitted in a different way than indicated above will be rejected or returned to the tenderers
• The offer for construction of water yard will remain the same throughout the contract period regardless the location of the targeted water yard as long as they are in BN state.
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the price and the documents required to be submitted. 
• The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer.
• The tender documents will be available free of charge at the office of the ADRA Sudan - Damazine office west to Alsaddig Hotel from 25^th September 2022 during working hours (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
• The opening session of tenders will be held in public at ADRA- Sudan_Damazin office on 25^rd October 2022 at 10:00 AM

عطاء لتشييد محطة مياه بديم منصور بمحلية الكرمك

التاريخ: 25/9/2022م

     ترغب منظمة أدرا سودان - مكتب النيل الأزرق- بالتعاون مع شركائها، فى طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهله لتشييد محطة مياه بديم منصور  بمحلية الكرمك وفقا للمواصفات الفنية الموضحة بكراسة العطاء .

على الشركات الراغبة التى تري فى نفسها الكفاءه تقديم عطاء لتنفيذ اعمال الصيانة بعد الحصول على الكراسه من رئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين حي الرياض جوار فندق الصديق والعروض المقدمة يجب ان يرفق معها الاتي : -

• شهادة تسجيل الشركة / عقد التأسيس
• السيرة الذاتية شاملة المقدرة المالية والفنية والخبرات في الاعمال المشابهة في هذا المجال
• شهادة إبراء ذمه من الضرائب والزكاة سارية المفعول
• كشف حساب يبين المقدرة المالية
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولون بالولاية
• شيك مصرفي او خطاب ضمان من شركة تأمين بقيمة 20% من قيمة العطاء،
• جدول زمني يوضح مسار التنفيذ

تنبيه:  يجب إرفاق صور من جميع المستندات المطلوبة أعلاه - غير مرتجعة

• يتم التقديم وإيداع مظاريف العطاء مقفولة ومختومة بالشمع الأحمر بصندوق العطاءات برئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين
•  اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو  يوم 24/10/2022م الساعة  12:00 ظهرا.
• لا يتم النظر في العروض التي تقدم بغير الشروط المذكورة اعلاه
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض و المستندات المطلوب ارفاقها.
• لا يتم اعتماد العطاءات التي لا تقدم بالطريقة الموضحة اعلاه او غير مستوفي للشروط المحددة او يتم ارجاءها
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل أو اعلى عطاء .

      - ستكون وثائق المناقصة متاحة مجانًا في مكتب ADRA - السودان الخرطوم ومكتب الدمازين غربً فندق الصديق اعتبارًا من 25 سبتمبر 2022 خلال ساعات العمل (من 8:00 صباحًا إلى 4:00 مساءً).

     - ستعقد جلسة افتتاح المناقصات في مكتب أدرا - السودان - دمازين يوم 25 أكتوبر 2022 الساعة 10:00 صباحًا.
