Samaritan’s Purse wishes to rent vehicles from a registered reputable vehicle rental company. Rental periods will be per month for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Please provide detailed information including price on all vehicles quoted on.

Additional Requirements:

The vehicles should include the following accessories:

1. 1. Spare tyre
   2. Jack
   3. Fire Extinguisher
   4. Jumper cables

All bids are received directly by the Tender committee.  It is not possible to influence the decision or outcome except by offering the best value.  No individual or group can influence this decision.  No Samaritan’s Purse employee will solicit you outside this tender except if you are being awarded this tender.

Your bid MUST clearly provide the following Information:

1. Provide proof of being a legally registered company in the country in which the bid is being submitted. 
2. Provide evidence of prior vehicle rentals in Sudan.
3. Provide registration details for the vehicles Samaritans Purse is asking for to show you have availability to provide the vehicles if your tender is approved.
4. Can you provide Warranty service and OEM parts for the vehicles
5. Bid is showed in USD Currency, Net Price after any Deductions or Discounts
6. Number of days required for delivery to: Khartoum, Sudan
7. Validity of the offer Should be minimum of 65 days from Date of Submission
8. Specifications of the vehicles you will provide including Model Number and VIN number
