GOAL invites prospective suppliers to bid for the supply of PermaNet® 2.0 Insecticide Treated Mosquito Nets. The technical parameters must meet with the specification requirements outlined in the Enquiry Form document.

Requirements:
- Complete and submit EF (Enquiry Form) documents
- Comply with GOAL's Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Company trade Registration Certificate.
- Tax Registration Certificate.
- Pesticides Registration Certificate from The National Pesticides Council.
- WHO Prequalification Letter for the Product.
- One sample to be submitted with the offer.
