Lot (2):
- Multifunctional printers, Quantity (18)
- Black and white Photocopiers, Quantity (18)
- Colored Photocopier, Quantity (3)
- White brightness Projector, Quantity (12)

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Sudan with the following:

• a. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating which Lot you intend to bid for.
• b. Comprehensive company profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, Copy of the legal registration and any certificates/ credentials, Date of creation, Date of commencement of activities, Ownership details, Web address and social media accounts, Registration in VAT Tax Chamber, Business description, Business management structure, Number of employees, Services/ products currently on offer.
• c. Financial Information (Maximum authorised capital, Paid Up total and Total turnover for the year).
• d. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs with minimum order of ICT equipment with value SDG 1,000,000 Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled per Lot that you are interested in bidding for:
