FOR REHABILITATION OF ONE DAM IN ABUNGINIFIT VILLAGE –WEST DARFUR STATE- KRENEIK LOCALITY

Within the framework of the project "Sustainable access for water in Darfur" in the three states, West Darfur, South Darfur and North Darfur , World Relief Sudan invites all eligible bidders for  Rehabilitation of OneDam in West Darfur State – Kreneik locality.

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be collected  for free by eligible bidders upon a written request from:

2. Bidders must submit evidence showing the fulfilment of the:

• Company  registration certificate
• Financial Capacity: Grantee Cheque of 20% (twenty  percent) of the total bid amount
• Tax Clearance
• Vat Registration

3. In addition bidders must submit the following:

• Firm profile with experience certificates
• Technical offer
• Finical offer
• BOQ (Priced and stamped)
• Schedule of work ( Time Frame)

4. All above documents must be delivered – sealed to:

World Relief - Khartoum Office On or before 16 May 2019, 4pm

5. Tender will be opened in presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 12:00 PM hours on 19^th May 2019 at the address indicated in paragraph 1 above.

6. TheWorld Relief Sudan reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids if they don’t comply with the requirements of the bid document.
