Provision of Security guard services for 2022 to 2024
Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Concern has been operational in Sudan for over 20 years implementing a range of emergency programmes, capacity building of local non-governmental organisations and community-based activities in the areas of health, nutrition, WASH and livelihoods.
Concern is now inviting reputable, reliable service providers to submit bids for Security Services under Tender reference below for all Office locations as follows;

Qualified and interested suppliers with proven capacity can collect the tender document by:
- Requesting a soft copy by emailing to tender.sudan@concern.net from Saturday 21th May 2022. The tender pack will also be available on https://www.sudanbid.com.
Bid(s) must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before Sunday29th May 2022 at 14:00 hours Central Africa Time and dropped in the tender box at Concern Worldwide Khartoum Office in Khartoum East, Khartoum-2, Street- 37, Plot- 25 office reception. The envelope should be clearly marked “ “CW/SUD/KHT/291707/2022/04 SG and not to be opened before Sunday 29nd May 2022 at 14:30hours”.
Bid documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. The bid documents will be opened at Concern Worldwide Khartoum office in Khartoum East, Khartoum-2, Street- 37, Plot- 25 on Sunday 29th May 2022 at 14:30 hours Central Africa Time.
