Samaritan’s Purse wishes to purchase two brand new Toyota vehicles from a legally registered company. The vehicles will need to be shipped to Khartoum, Sudan

The list below are the Vehicles we are interested in purchasing. If your company is interested and are capable of providing these vehicles. Please read below for participation requirements.

Manner of Submission to Announcement

This is not the Tender but only the submission of your desire to participate in a tender. If you desire to participate please email your submission letter with the information stated below.

By Email to the Tender committee email:  sudantenderbids@samaritan.org

Please include:

1. Company Full name
2. Sales Manager full name
3. Phone number of Sales Manager and Company
4. Request for Tender bid information
5. Email Address for us to send tender documents to participate in this Tender Bid
6. Reference number must be in the email. New Vehicles 2022

Deadline for emails to participate in the upcoming Tender is May 7.2022

No Later than 16:00pm Central Africa Time GMT+2

• All Participants that have sent a reply email by May 7.2022 to participate will get a Tender bid Requirements form emailed to your provided email address by May 8, 2022   
• In the Requirements form will be the date your tender bid will need to be received by email.
• For Security Our Email box is locked in our system and only the Bid committee has access to its contents.
