CALL FOR INTEREST

The International Committee of the Red Cross intends to initiate a Call for Interest for the general contractors in the following areas:

1. General construction (concrete works, masonry works, and all construction related works);
2. Steel structures (fabrication, supply, and installation);
3. Electro-Mechanics services (generators, solar energy, water pumps);
4. Water supply / Wastewater collection and treatment;
5. Hydrogeological survey and Borehole Drilling;
6. Capacities building / training centers in the above services.

Accordingly, this announcement serves as an invitation to specialized companies and enterprises who have the desire to work with the international Committee of the Red Cross to participate in this Call for Interest

Registration procedures

• The CFI application form can be obtained from the International Committee of the Red Cross receptions in all ICRC delegation and sub-delegation (Khartoum, Al-Fasher, Nyala, Zalingei, Damazine, Kadugli and Kassala)
• The request of CFI shall be delivered in a sealed envelope, copies of the requested documents to be attached as well, and to be handed to the main receptions of the ICRC delegation and sub-delegation.
• Fill All required information in the CfI application form, any missing information will cause the participating company to be eliminated from registration.
• Invitation to tenders will be sent to contractors who have successfully completed the registration procedures and had been short listed.
• The deadline for submitting is Thursday, April 30th,2022 at 15:30 Khartoum Time.

Important Notes

• Suppliers who previously submitted their document and registration form or has been working with ICRC in the past must participate in this CFI in order to be considered for future project.
• Any application for a qualification that does not meet the CFI requirements will not be considered.
• The International Committee of the Red Cross reserves the right to request additional information/visit from contractors applying for qualification.
