The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ Structure Formation for Employment Promotion & Vocational Training in Sudan” Commissioned by the Federal German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development would like to purchase 2 Units of SUV 4X4 Vehicles including but not limited to the below minimum specifications:

Model Year:  minimum 2021

Colour: White (without strips and/or decals)

Fuel Type: Diesel

Engine Type:  minimum 3.0 L Diesel engine

No. of Cylinder: 4

Tyres Sizes: 245/70R17 or equivalent

Ground clearance (mm) 220

Traction: Four-wheel drive

Transmission: Manual, min 5 speed

Fuel Tank Capacity: Min. 70 L

Fuel Consumption: Approx. 14(±2) Km/L

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested suppliers to supply GIZ Sudan with the following:

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.

2. Comprehensive company/ individual profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, email address, telephone and contact person name. Registration in VAT Tax Chamber.

3. Financial information such as: Bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent bank statements in 2021/22 within minimum turnover of 80,000 USD or 35,000,000 SDG.

4. List of experience in supply of Vehicles, the list should have contact details of awarding party and award value.

5. Certificate of vehicles dealership proving that the company is an authorised dealer of vehicles in Sudan.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 30 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 14^th April 2022 will be accepted and considered.
