INVITATION TO QUOTE

1. You are invited to submit your price quotation(s) for the supply tree and range seeds of
SSNRMP States (White Nile, Gezira, and Kassala).

2. The Government of Sudan received a Grant from the GEF, and intends to apply the proceeds of this Grant to eligible payments under the contracts for which this invitation for quotation is issued.

3. You must quote for all or partial items under this Invitation. Price quotations will be evaluated for all or partial items and the contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost of the items meets the required standards of technical and financial capabilities.

4. You must receive the Quotations document after submitting profile company and official certificates demonstrate specialization in the Seeds field.

5. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotation(s) should be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt for quotation(s) as indicated in Paragraph 6 of this Invitation to Quote.

6. The deadline for receipt of your quotation (s) by the Purchaser at the address indicated in Paragraph 4 is 30.March. 2019.
